Stop spelling your name at me. Did I ask you to spell your name? NO. You are wasting your time and mine.

Shouty verbally abusive customers will automatically kill all empathy and demotivate the associate from going above and beyond to fix the problems you created. And no, loud profanity laden barrages do not disguise the fact that you fucked up your own shit.

Conversely, we will not be intimidated into allowing you to commit fraud. We know that your fake outrage is to take advantage of us, either to intimidate us to be party to your fraud or because you have run out of people in your life to abuse. We see through you. Assholes want to abuse, either financially or verbally. Red flag motherfucker.
