The phone servers at my work have went down SEVENTEEN times today. The servers have never went down in my 4 years here.
We’ve been dealing with a lot of angry customers. Every time the server goes down, all calls waiting are dropped.
I’m waiting for someone to jump out of my computer, yell APRIL FOOLS, and then punch me in the face.
