Yesterday, I got a call from a very irate customer. She was having trouble getting into her account or something. When I pulled up her account, she had 102 verification fails in the last sixty days. When I asked for her pin, she gave it to me, but the phone cut out. So I asked her to repeat it, and she said “Gawd (me)” and hung up. Another team member got her right after me and got into the account before the woman hung up on her, she had already spoken with twenty other reps that day, several of them my own team mates. Five minutes later, I got a call from her again! When I gave my schpeal, she heard my name and hung up immediately. Apparently, everyone knows who she is. As soon as her name was spoken, everyone around us went “Ohhh I know that lady.”
