[Question] After an email support ticket is marked as resolved, should I email back to just say "thank you"?

After a polite and straightforward discussion with customer support over email, once the ticket is marked as resolved, should I send an email back to just say “thank you”?

Just thought I’d ask because I don’t know whether it’s a burden on the agent since the ticket may be reopened or something.

(I know questions aren’t normally seen on here but I’ll delete this post very soon after getting an answer anyway. Thanks!)
