Was talking to a former coworker from the isp I used to work for. He was telling me about misrouted calls. I had a flashback to when I worked there. I was in billing. People would call in and ask for customer service instead of tech support or whatever. There was dance that you would have to do before transferring to the right place. You tell them too fast and you’re just trying to get rid of them. Wait too long and they yell at you because you wasted their time.
