I’m sick of the QA department. More so because part of our commission is based upon getting all positive QA scores, so if one of my calls is deemed a failure I lose money.
Half the time these motherfuckers can’t spell correctly when they are writing reports criticising my calls. One of them managed to spell the word rapport ‘roporte’ which is frankly obscene. These people are like the teachers pets except without the intelligence. So annoying.
