Hi,
So I had a callback a few days ago. Basically someone requested to be called because they didn’t want to wait in queue. I called this person upon request to which this person answered: “I will murder you if you call me again” and abruptly hung up. I notified my team leader about this and I was told to report this.
I reported it and was asked if I felt threatened and wanted to pursue to file a report with the police to which I responded “No, I just wanna continue”.
Not sure why some people are so hot-headed.
I don’t like my job anymore tbh, been here for a few years..
