I work on a company where the only reason you can hung up on a client is if he/she is being rude directly to you.
Not if the customer is insulting the company, ranting about the service or simply saying bad words.
So I take this woman request and ask her to spell her name and she says very annoyed.
“It’s W for Whore, I for idiot, double L for loser and A for arse, is it clear now? ”
