So after 2 years I consider myself pretty immune to stupidity, and I found my own way on dealing nicely to the Cx’s since honestly most of them are nice or at least understand that I am not the one to blame. This is retail which is actually exhausting, but then when the Cx comes pointing how “absurd” is a situation because “I have a membership” is when I get tired. Sir/Maam, mistakes can happen, we will do our best to fix it, stop acting like you deserve a special treatment because you don’t.
