Does anyone else feel trapped in their call center job? I don’t have my college degree yet which limits a lot of jobs for me, but the company I work for has amazing benefits and pay. As much as I want out I feel trapped because I’m never going to find a job with as good of a pay rate and benefits as I have with my current company. If y’all ever have this feeling how do you get around it?
