so recently i have been getting told of for my acw being over 40 sec. i have taken on board their advice and got it below it the majority of the time.
as a result my overall aht has reduced by around 60 seconds.
now my aht is too low and concerning even though I maintain 100% call quality.
ill add that my aht before reducing my acw was right on target and in green but now its too low and in yellow.
i literally cannot win with this job and i feel as though they are just nit-picking now.
