Context: Caller angry about something I have no control over.
Caller: “You are useless, I should be doing your job!”
Me: “You can have it. Fair warning though; you must have a thick skin and a lot of patience. You will be getting abused by people all day every day, about things you have no control over, and be expected to just take it all in your stride without ever losing it.”
Caller: *Silence*
Me: “Did I mention the pay will barely cover your bills, and you and your family will likely be struggling to make ends meet? Don’t worry though, once a month is pizza fridays!”
Caller: “Now look-”
Me: “So yep, thats it. I QUIT. The job is all yours!” *Terminate call and leave office*
DISCLAIMER: This is pure fantasy. Due to disabilities my job choices are limited, so I could never afford to quit. It is nice to dream though sometimes.
