I work for a call center, my new team have to call customer out of contract and get them back in a contract. Even through I probably save 8/10 customer money and give them genuinely better deals SO many people just “can’t be bothered” or are “too busy” when in reality I know most are sat doing NOTHING. The laziness of the modern population is crazy it takes about 15 minutes to save £5 a month every month for at least 2 years. Come on customer.
