There is a customer who didn’t like the answer I gave him this morning, so he keeps calling back trying to get someone else.
He doesn’t realise there are only 3 of us in our department and we can see the numbers coming through. So I have told my colleagues to leave this number for me to answer. He’s tried 5 times so far, 3 through our department option and 2 going to reception and being transferred.
Every time hears hello me speaking I just hear “oh ffs” before he hangs up. It’s the small things that get me through the day.
