Addressing the question

[ad_1]

I work in a call center for a state agency. Before I can give assistance I have to verify their identity. This is done by asking for their name and mailing address. At least 40% of the time it seems they give me their email address. When that happens I tell them no I need your mailing address and they only give me the zip code.

Any suggestions how I can phrase the question to get the postal address?
