I recently quit a call center job due to illness but I NEED to work again. I have no choice but to work in a call center again. I already passed the interviews for K**bank customer service and I’m waiting for my result with a healthcare insurance company. A bit of a background I used to work in a Medicare/Medicaid insurance (it was stressful + many tools) and I’ve never handled accounts related to financial or banking. What do you think is not that stressful and you can work long term?
