My micromanaging supervisor listened to some of my calls and at the end of every call we have to say “Thank you for calling *insert healthcare name here* have a good day.

That pain docked me 10 points because I should be saying thank you for choosing *insert healthcare name here* and instead of good day it needs to be great or fantastic.

I hate this place.
