So, we get a bonus at my job if we average more than 50 calls a day for the month. I have FAR Surpassed this the last 3 months, around 65 a day average. However, I did not receive the bonus for ANY OF THOSE MONTHS. Because my schedule adherence was literally 96%, and they said it has to be 97% to get it. I lost 1200$ because of this. Fuck this job, fuck call centers, fuck the current work industry I’m so fucking mad I want to quit.
