Do you ever just do really dumb things on calls, especially in the early mornings? God I’m so embarrassed still about this call. I verified the address in the opening validation, but then asked for it again to determine if we could re issue a check to the correct address that I already verified….. And then I realized that he’s getting direct deposit and it wouldn’t even be a check….. My face went red as hell! Ahh I feel so stupid! I need more coffee.
