I literally just got off the phone with this older man YELLING at me because I was helping him with his unemployment application. He was taking his anger out on ME because one of the agents that was helping him last week said they would call him back and never did so this guy literally had a fucking attitude the ENTIRE time on the phone while I was HELPING him! Why the fuck are people so damn miserable? I’m the one HELPING your ass so why do you have an attitude with me? What the previous agent did before does not have shit to do with me. I felt so RELIEVED when I submitted his application and hung up. I don’t know how people can live so damn angry. Rant over.
