Sinking ship

[ad_1]

Hey all.
My company is NOT doing great rn. It used to be a warm, caring and considerate environment, though not without its issues. Now, with so many changes in the name of cost cutting, we have lost more than half of our staff and are expected to do their work as well as ours…20 calls queuing and they expect the 4 or 5 of us left on shift to answer them all immediately.
As a side note our head office, despite mass redundancies, is still keeping up with their bi-weekly ‘wine days’ and cocktail nights.

I need a paycheck but I am really struggling to cope. Worn out and fed up – our managers are also worn out and fed up and take it out on us and make you feel small.

Where do you draw the line and throw the towel in?
