I work in the automotive industry and we get alot of insurance customers coming through to us accidentally. I had a customer call through asking discuss a claim, he said he’s with Gummy Bear insurance and he wanted a phone number to call them. I said I’m really sorry they’re an online only company, you have to go through their website. He carried on about how important it is and how he needs to speak to someone. I reiterated that it’s all online. He said “go fuck yourself, you stupid cunt” and I just lost it and instantly replied “no, you go fuck yourself…” Then click he hung up and the next call came through and I had to try to be composed. I’m really hoping my supervisor wasn’t listening to that call.
