She calls in with her work’s name on the caller ID to talk about her father’s account but she’s not authorized. I explain I have to talk to the father. She tells me I suck and hangs up.
Not a minute later, the phone rings again. Same info on the caller ID but now I’m talking so someone with a suspiciously similar voice trying to lower it.
“Ma’am, I literally just talked to you a minute ago and I told you we have to speak to your father.”
“Don’t call me ma’am, I’m [account holder].”
“Ma’am, I can see your name on the caller ID and I can hear your voice.”
She called me a bitch and hung up.
