I received a call for a customer who did not receive there package. While we were going through the process I heard her husband in the background extremely angry. Guess he was expecting it when it didn’t arrive he was pissed.
The lady was extremely nice and calm, but I could hear thr terror in her voice. You know how someone sound when they are holding back tears? That was her. I felt so sorry for her. She was so sweet. It almost felt like if i didn’t help something bad was going to happen to her. Have anyone else gone through something like this? How did you handle it? I still think about if that lady is okay.
