I had a customer call in today and yell at me because his accoun was not coming up because he was not giving me the right amount of numbers then yelled at me and called me slow because his payment returned, I thought maybe it was our mistake and someone put the wrong bank account in but after confirming it with him five times and him calling me stupid for repeating it that many times it was the number he gave us and he still had the audacity to yell at me and call me stupid because of his mistakes. This job is going to put me in the mental hospital.
