It always makes me laugh when you give a customer they don’t like and they just stay silent….. for ages.

It’s almost like a power play that they are getting me to speak first and change my answer, not realising, our calls are in no way monitored, we don’t have call metrics. So while they are there wasting their phone bill I am quite happily answering the emails and enjoying the fact I can’t pick up any more calls.
