I hope I’m not fired for this one, but we’ve been slammed all week…back to back with nonsense. Customer starts out screaming so much I don’t even know what she’s screaming about. Being very hostile. Finally I manage to get it out of her that she can’t send text messages or get them and that “my ass better fix it or she’ll come find me.” I told her “I’ll text you my address.” And hung up the call, I was quite tired of being yelled at for trying to help. 🙃😅
