Good morning Reddit, English is not my first language so please be patient with me.
I started working on a call center working from home a month ago, the last week is being a horror for me, I feel anxious and nervous knowing that i have to take calls from the most horrible people ever. I am working on the customer service industry for more than 10 years but I never experienced anything like this. I am depressed and my anxiety is increasing so much!! I just want to know if I am being just lazy or this feeling is normal.
