Guy calls in, proceedd to scream at me about how horrid customer service and how understaffed we are, there’s no excuse for hold times like we have.

Current hold time is less than a minute. “When did you call in, sir?”

“Yesterday! And I waited on hold for four hours before I finally hung up!”

“Sir…yesterday was a holiday, we were closed. The message was on the recording.”

“Who listend to recordings?!??!!”

Not you, clearly.

Am i just not as competent as my coworkers ?
