So in 3 weeks time I will finally leave customer service and the call center for other pastures. In my 10 years in the banks call center I went from frontline rep, to escalations, team lead and finally manager for the last 4 years, Covid probably slowed down my transition.
I am very happy to be getting away from the customers who give a sob story of how they need to by medicine for thier mom. To then check thier debit card to see they have been attempting not transactions at a pharmacy but instead Fanduel.
To all the customers upset about fees, but intentionally overdraw thier account. To blaiming the rep only to listen to the call and find out all the wrong info came from themselves…
3 more weeks, I will miss my team but not the normal group of people escalations deals with.
