Call Center Software

Hopefully this is a good location to ask the question of which call center software users would recommend. We are currently using Genesys Cloud and looking to change to fit our size organization (25 agents). I’m looking for something less complex and easy to use out of the box. Any recommendation so I can start my research? Lower cost is also a benefit.
