Callers get crazier and crazier

Is it just me? People seem to be getting more and more insane, medically speaking, every day that passes.

I work for a governmental general enquiries centre and I’m at the point now where I can’t even suggest people to write to our website team if they have comments or complaints about it or ask for their zip codes to find them local resources that can directly assist them without them flipping into a never-ending tirade of rage at me.

I just can’t deal with them anymore.
