I’ve worked in call centers for over 10 years. I am “good” at my job. I can do the tasks adequately enough. I pass my QCs and my AHT is amazing. On paper, I am a pretty good agent. However, i’m terrible at playing office politics.
How do Y’all play office politics at work? Are y’all popular or the one that nobody talks too? I’m personally the one that few people talk too but that’s because drama tends to happen with me. I get it. My current call center is actually really good. The calls are easy, we get 20-30 calls a day and we are allowed to be on the internet. Nothing is blocked (which is why i’m on reddit all day lol) This would be my perfect call center except. i’m not well at “playing the game” Any and all advice would be received well. Thank You
