Me: Alright. Can I have your member number so I can give Jane the right information?
W: No. I don’t have it with me. My name is Whiner. I’ve been dealing with her for 14 WEEKS now.
M: …ok. let me see if I can reach her (of course I can’t, goes to voice mail)
***Before I can email Jane, Jane emails me saying if it was Whiner her issue has been resolved and the order has a tracking number and that she’s currently in a meeting***
M: Ok, Whiner. So I just got a message from Jane and she says the thing has been done. Would you like the tracking number?
W: *Scoffs* Meeting my ass. She’s avoiding me. I’ve been dealing with you people for 14 WEEKS now. I’ve never seen a company more incompetent, useless and horrible as yours! All I asked was for a *unspecified issue* and you can’t even do that right! Jane better call me back after her meeting TODAY or all hell will break loose. I’ve already complained to my insurance company and they said you guys have a history of doing this to people and that they’re sick of you idiots too!
***At this point I get another email from Jane saying she’ll call Whiner back after her meeting****
M: Alright so I act….. *Gets interrupted*
W: If I had to pay for the stuff I get from you morons I wouldn’t be dealing with you at all. *Click*
