Does working at a call center make anyone else more irritable?

Not sure if it’s just me but since starting at a call center, I’m much more irritated about basically anything. I dread when I have to start work. I dread the customers yelling at me over shit I have absolutely no control over. I just feel so burnt out and angry all the time now for no reason. Even if I’m off.

What do you think?
