Do customers use the FAQ on your company’s webpage?

I am curious to know if any customer takes advantage of the FAQ links on the website. I noticed that only older individuals call in to ask simple questions which is okay. I just think that technology-savvy individuals should take advantage of the FAQ for any questions that they have instead of calling Customer Service first.
