I have been doing this for 3 years and 2 months. In all the previous time I got one QA report. Then this month I got 3, one is pass and two are fail. I am wondering if they are targeting me and feel increasing paranoid. Also worried that the boss is going to have us listen to agent’s recorded calls during staff meeting, and that agent might be me. That is now her thing she likes us to do. To listen to recorded calls and critique them (only the leads say anything about the calls). I also have gotten one pip for an accidental hipa violation, which was revealed to me in the middle of the office for all to hear. I do understand I was in the wrong but it is wrong of them to make it public to all. Thanks for listening to my vent
