I’ve been working in some form of call center since 2016. Specifically in dispute resolution since 2017. For the last couple years, my assignments have been less main cue, and mostly special written correspondence, with follow up calling etc, still existing and surrounded by call center however.
Wednesday is my last day. I’ve accepted a promotional offer from another division of the company with an “analyst” title.
I wonder whether I’ll be able to handle working with normies again.
