Hi everyone! I’m wondering how other people deal with overtime. In my job we have 8h shifts 9-5 which is all good. Since we take calls and chats it can happen that last minute someone pops up and takes an extra 5min or even 30min to solve their query.. I don’t mind taking a few extra minutes but it starts to build up. Unfortunately my contract doesn’t pay overtime but we are required to help with queries if they show up last minute
