Hey; what is your strategy to avoid losing your temper at work? Call centres are so stressful; how do you keep it together?
I’m what you would call a “hot head”. Normally nice, but if I’m in a bad mood or ppl are rude, I am salty & rude back.
I got a job offer (last post) but I’m not sure I can handle it. I couldn’t before..
