One thing I hate is when people call in to inquire about something and they can’t seem to shut up.

Of course We are here to address questions and help out AS FAR AS WE ARE ABLE TO, of course. Though it seems like people who want to have help figuring something out or to fix an issue won’t let us do just that.

People like to bring up their issue or ask a question but when we go to address them they cut us off and/or bring up a separate issue entirely. I swear it seems like every 10 minute phone call the customer speaks 8 of those minutes when they constantly interrupt and I just have to sit there waiting for them to finish before I can talk or else we’ll get nowhere for Even longer

Sincerely from everyone involved in your issues we implore you to just SHUT UP for more than 3 seconds at a time please.
