End of financial year at the end of the month for us here in Aus, tomorrow is day 1 of our internal processing deadlines and I just know that theres going to be people complaining and cracking it.

Do I look forward to angry callers? No. Do I look forward to telling them it’s their fault and left their responsibilities until last minute? Oh yes.
