I hate when customers call in about a “problem” and to further assist I ask them to replicate the error they received, and to everyone’s surprise it works…

“Oh well of course it works now that you’re on the phone!”

No lady you tried it once, failed, instantly gave up, and decided to call me and tell me it must be our system that’s the problem, when all you had to do was ^(try again)
