So customer calls saying someone was supposed to pick up his vehicle yesterday and see he already called today and a ticket was created for this issue.
I informed him that a ticket was already created and he has to wait 24-72 business hours to wait and oh lord he SNAPPED
*random kids yells outside my window*
-Well I see you are not doing your job correctly because your kid is yelling on the background so transfer me, hurry up

*informs customer lines are saturated and everyone will tell him to wait 24 to 72 hours*

-WELL YOU ARE AT HOME WASHING THE DISHES TAKING CARE OF YOUR KID AND NOT WORKING, YOU ARE WASTING MY TIME DOING NOTHING

*I ask him to remain respectful because I was being respectful to him*

Mind you, my stupid fucking supervisor DOESNT ALLOW TRANSFERS WITHOUT HER APPROVAL AND WE CAN GET FIRED FOR THAT, MIND YOU SHE WASNT PICKING UP THE PHONE

I tell the customer again, he will be getting updates from 24 to 72 hours and that everyone is gonna tell him that so he says to me “IM BEING RESPECTFUL SO TRANSFER ME BEFORE I STOP BEING RESPECTFUL TO YOU”

Okay asshole, at this point I transfer him because I’m on the verge of tears of not being able to call him a fucking redneck piece of shit and I see he was left in queue and no one else picked up his call.
