What is the most uncomfortable call you’ve taken?

I am traumatized. I thought I had experienced all there is to experience but I just had this dude (I work in Medicare claims) so a rather old dude—explain his ED in graphic detail, including his multiple shortcomings or should I say shortcummings. At my call center we can’t hang up and it’s considered unempathetic to redirect them if they’re talking about their medical conditions or something pertaining to their call. So I am sitting here trying to recover from all the images that floated through my head.
