verification policy trouble

[ad_1]

So i work in a government related callcenter, i help people when they have questions about a form of tax. This dude calls me, and to be abled to look into his personal information, i need to ask verification questions. The first one is his address. He gives them to me without any trouble. Then i ask him for the last 3 digits of his bank account number. He refuses, telling me his lawyer told him not to ever give that info to anyone. (Uh.. ok) I politely tell him i will not be abled to help him without this info. He gets angry, and tells me he wants to file a complaint against me. I calmly transfer the call to the complain-department. Guess what they will be asking him before they can file his complaint? Yup.

Weird reverb on the back

Definitely the scariest call I’ve ever taken (TW: suicide mention)
