So hard to get help!

I’m a lead and I take calls with supervisor request.

Today this caller was complaining about our inexistant customer service and how it’s so hard to get help and that we hire anybody that doesn’t know what they doing.

During the call he ask if it’s possible to not pay the premium option for our website. I explain that he can cancel the premium option and downgrade to our basic plan. Which is free.

I can imagine his surprise next time he wants to contact us and see that the phone support is only for premium users. The basic plan only has email support.

Well one less caller for me.
