I got two great ones so I’ll start with the short one first
One lady I was getting a pump set up coordinated for her husband. Idk how old she was. As always I asked “is there anything else I can help you with?”
She says “you wouldn’t happen to have bottled water over there would you”
I said “unfortunately not, we’re a medical provider”
She replies “oh I guess I’ll just have to go to the store”😂😂😂 ☠️☠️☠️
This one is the best. Lady tells my supervisor she is sending a letter to the president of the company and the US President.
Why?
She claims that our customer service team is watching for her phone number and purposefully ignoring her. That’s why she has such a horribly long hold time!
My supervisor had to ask how? And of course the lady says her husband can call in and get someone immediately.
Ohhhhh cooky old people 😂
