Okay so I work for a Car company who I shall not name and yesterday I got a call from a VERY upset customer (who I attended before and he treated me like shit blaming ME becuase the company was in his words “ruining his credit so he wasn’t able to buy a house anymore” and he started saying that I emailed the wrong check (like I’m the one in charge of that BS) and that I should do my job better, he also told me he was recording me and uploading the footage to YouTube to “expose” us, checking the records I saw he called 6 times that day and told every one of my coworkers the same thing, so he must have a 4 hour long YouTube video on the way.
