I refuse to believe

I work in superannuation contact centre, I explain a lot of legislation. Blows my mind when a caller says “Sorry I refuse to believe that. Im not accepting that.” Um okay…. Believe what you want it’s not my job to convince you. Good luck filling in the forms you wanted and wasting your time.
